Tools and frameworks that help young people, families, and community members make sound decisions under pressure, with applications across schools, workforce programs, and reentry contexts.
Vargon Foundation was founded on a simple conviction: the people and organizations doing the hardest work in our communities deserve training that is rigorous, relevant, and built for the realities they face. We don't import generic curricula. We design programs in partnership with community-based organizations, schools, and government agencies that know what their populations actually need.
Our work draws on years of practice in DC's youth development, workforce, and behavioral health sectors. Every program we deliver is shaped by that experience and by ongoing collaboration with the partners we serve.
Whether you're a community organization looking for training capacity, a funder exploring a partnership, or someone who wants to learn more about our work, we'd like to hear from you.
